Is charging included, and where do I charge in Bali?
Charging is included in every rental. We deliver the car fully charged and coordinate top-ups at PLN public stations and hotel chargers across Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Ubud and Canggu. For chauffeured hires the driver manages all charging.
How far can a Taycan travel on one charge in Bali?
Depending on the variant, the Taycan offers roughly 400–500 km WLTP, comfortably covering a full day of touring across southern Bali. The 800-volt system also enables very fast top-ups when needed.
How many passengers and bags fit in a Taycan?
The Taycan seats four to five passengers. For more luggage, choose the Cross Turismo body style, which adds headroom and boot space — the better pick for villa transfers with cases.
Do you offer airport pickup and hotel/villa delivery?
Yes. We deliver to Ngurah Rai (DPS) airport and to villas and hotels island-wide within roughly a 100 km radius. Share your arrival details and address when booking.
What deposit is required and what is the cancellation policy?
A 30–50% deposit confirms the booking, with the balance on pickup; self-drive adds a refundable security hold. Cancellations qualify for a partial refund up to 48 hours before pickup. Hours are 08:00–22:00 WITA.
